Road Trip?
Doin' anything in March?
No? What about a road trip? To, say, The Lone Star State?
Old Reliable's been accepted to the South By Southwest Music Festival/Conference (mission/quest/thing) running in March down in Austin, Texas! More details as they emerge...it'll be a great way to hype "The Burning Truth" before its April release (and thanks to the Alberta Foundation for the Arts for their generous support!).
Oh, hey - if you're a campus radio person, make sure you check out the Lorrie Matheson album that's kickin' around your station right now. The radio single on "A Dime At A Time" is track 3, in case you're looking for it...
happy friday!

On The Road Again...
So y'all know that the Swiftys are on tour right now, right?
You don't?
Oh, well then...they are!
Full tour listings are available at www.theswiftys.net. In case you're looking to plan your few days, they'll be in Hamilton, ON on Nov. 16, Toronto Nov. 17, Peterborough, ON Nov. 18, and Wakefield, QC Nov. 19 (Friday night at the Black Sheep Inn - it'll be a par-tay!).
Oh, and Shuyler Jansen from Old Reliable's on tour right now too, promotin' the heck out of his new solo album. All dates are listed on the rather funky www.shuylerjansen.com.
Oh, and AA Sound System wants to say hi, and reminds you to visit www.aasoundsystem.com to check out all of their happenings.
I think that's all for now...keep smilin', and keep warm!
